The world is incredibly loud right now.
Between the digital noise and the weight of everyday life, it’s easy to forget what a deep breath actually feels like. We designed the Sanctuary card because we needed a place to relax — even if that place was only 7×5 inches of paper.
Matthew 11:28
The verse inside is a classic for a reason: ‘Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.’ But we didn’t want it to feel like a dusty Sunday school lesson.
We wanted it to feel an invitation to stop performing and just… be.
We originally imagined Sanctuary in a fiery orange, but as we worked, we realized that rest isn’t a fire—it’s a forest. We moved it to our Chancel Green collection.
Chancel Green a stable, cool energy that offers relief. It’s the colour of growth in the shadows of the cathedral, away from the heat of the fight.
When the day feels too much, you look at the Gothic Rose window, you see the green, and you remember that your value isn’t tied to your productivity. Beauty is structural, and rest is part of the design.
This isn’t a card you just send and forget. It’s a card for your desk. It’s a visual ‘mute button’ for your workspace.
